Kokotel Phuket Nai Yang Beach

The rooftop pool view is very nice! Rooms are clean and comfy, just a short walk to the beach 🚶‍♂️ But the pool area feels a bit lifeless and could use some sprucing up.

Clean hotel, comfortable room, with a rooftop pool and 24-hour reception making it a perfect spot for quick access to the nearby airport.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was marvellous and unbeatable really close to the airport & beach, Also close to the local market on Tuesday, and a gorgeous beach. We were upgraded to double room with balcony on check in.

Rooms fall on the basic side, with a non-secured safe and some design flaws like water retention in the sink leading to mold. Breakfast lacks variety, especially for veggies, with options becoming repetitive over a 10-day stay. Poor insulation lets hallway noise creep in, and overall maintenance requires attention as furniture shows wear despite the hotel's newness.

Staff here, always warm and cute, comforting after a long travel day. The rooftop pool offered a fine spot to unwind, while easy access to the beach and local eateries added to the charm. The rooms felt a bit cramped for two adults, and my balcony could have used an extra chair to enjoy the view more comfortably. While the convenience store nearby was helpful, having limited dining options on-site during off-peak hours was a slight downside.

The hotel is super close to Nai Yang Beach (just a short walk!), and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered a solid mix of Thai and Western options, and the outdoor pool is a nice spot to relax.
